Default TOC Headings

Can anyone tell me how to make the TOC so that the
headings don't end up at the bottom of the page and the
sub-headings start on the next page? I don't want them to
be separated when I print it. Thanks!

Modify the TOC 1 style to include "Keep with next" formatting. "Keep
with next" is paragraph formatting; when you modify the style, you'll
find it on the Line and Page Break tab of the Paragraph dialog box.
