When computer reboots, get error SQLEVN70.RLL. How fix?
I can't seem to find an understandable answer that fixes this error I get
every time the computer reboots. I have been told to reload windows--which is a nightmare I don't want to attempt if possible. Can I use my windows or office software to repair this error? |

When computer reboots, get error SQLEVN70.RLL. How fix?
Another poster used this method
Click on START Click on Control Panel Click on Administrative Tools Click on Services Right Click on SQLagent$MICROSOFTBCM Click on Properties Where is says "Startup Type" change to "Disable" Click Apply Re-Boot Another I had the same problem and found that the 1033 folder was empty and that is where the sqlevn70.rll and other .rll files are. Fortunately I have another system that had it on and I copied the 1033 folder and replaced the empty one and after doing so I got my system restore back along with my password manager. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/p...649111033.aspx "bevie43" wrote in message ... If you wrote both posts: Where and what is the 1033 folder where the
szlevn70.rll file isnd other .rll files are located. Where do I go to find it in another system in order to retrieve it. I too am having trouble with my system restore application. Tried post to disable SQLagent$MICROSOFTABCK but that didn't work. Complete error message is: SQL server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with(could not open SQLEVN70.RLL) Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem. What program do I uninstall and re-run? Is there any other away around this? |
