PROOFING STOPS PRINTing in Word 2007. Word will not save proof cha

I upgraded from Word 2002 to 2007. A mail merge document I had already
created was changed to 'compatibility mode' so I was able to use it in 2007.
When I go to print the document it will not print because it finds 'proofing
errors'. I tried to correct the errors but when I reach the end of the page
proofing starts again at the beginning.

How does that you from printing? Just dismiss the Spelling and Grammar
dialog box. Or, click the proofing error indicator on the status bar and
choose Spelling... Options, and remove the checks next to "Check
spelling..." and "Check grammar..." or click "Hide spelling errors in this
document only".
