Default any checklist control?

does anyone know of a checklist control for ms access forms?
ive had no luck combing the web

Stephen Lebans has one that works in Access 97 and I believe can be
converted to later versions.

Default any checklist control?

It worked perfectly for me. Make sure that you place the checkbox file in
the root of the C:\ drive, or you change the code to reflect the actual
location.

my problem was when i tried referencing the accwiz file i got a message
"cant add a reference to the specified file"
please advise
