Default How do I automatically expand a new window?

Something happened whereby whenever I open a “new window” (new web page), the
new page is very small, thereby I have to click on the little box next to the
red X to expand (maximize) the page to full size.

As I do this many times during the day, what do I need to do so that every
new window is full size automatically? In otherwords, when I do "right click
new window", I'd like the new window to automatically be full sized.

Thanks.

It's not an Office issue and I've yet to find a setting that will do it for
myself. There are things you can try but it never stays. (This is assuming
you are using IE.)

Don't click the Maximize box. Stretch the last browser window to the
size desired and close it. After that they open at that size.
