Default Artgal50.mcc is corrupt

I cannot open Microsoft Clipart gallery, I receive the message that
Artgal50.mmc is corrupt. The instruction is to delete the file as Office will
generate a new file. On doing a thorough search, the file Artgal50.mmc does
not exist on my computer.
Running Windows XP and Office 2003.
Any sugestions please.

Artgal50.mmc is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Catalog

You may have used MCC in your search instead of MMC
