Duplicate parent table

Hi All,

I try to create the report for each unit. if I use the Unit Table and Unit
Maintenance only to create the report, it works fine. But If I include the
Unit Cost, It will gave me the duplicate of the Unit Table for each year of
the Maintenance. Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem.

Unit Maintenance Index (UMI)
Unit Cost Index (UCI)

Unit Maintenance Table (EACH UNIT has 5 years of data)
