2 Questions

Hello,

I have 2 questions I would appreciate help with. in Visio 2000

1) Where is the swim lane shape located in the process flow chart shapes or
is it located somewhere else?

2) I have created a Visio diagram, and upon opening the document all the
process boxes have moved to the bottom of the diagram in a very compressed
manner (they are all on top of each other)

Please advise.

It's been a while since I've worked with Visio 2000, so this is from memory.

The swim lane may be only in the Cross Functional Flowchart template. Go to
one of these drawings and choose File Stencils Show Document Stencil to
get the shape.

I believe that the second problem is a known bug that was fixed with the
latest service pack for Visio 2000.
