You need to use Page setup and select a format that prints 2 per page. Or
you can configure your printer to print 2 per page. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "bronski" wrote in message ... please help me to print a smaller calendar so i can have 2 months per page |

I am not the original poster, but I need help with this, too.
Every option I find to print 2 MONTHLY calendars per page either puts too much margin on the calendar so it's impossible to read, OR prints the calendar vertically, so I don't get my START times. I've tried the 1/2 sheet page size and don't get times. I've tried the full sized landscape month to a PDF, but then I get big margins. How can I maximize the size of 2 calendars on one sheet (and I will then duplex, too), but still get my START times on my appointments? I've used multiple Word templates, and the calendar printing assistant, all to no avail. Thanks for any tips.. Submitted using http://www.outlookforums.com |
