Default Outlook 2007 & Exchange Autodiscover.

We are using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003 setup with outlook anywhere.
from time to time users outlook configuration will switch from NTLM
authentication to basic and when this happens they get a password prompy but
can not authenticate due to the server being setup for NTLM only.
Can anyone shed some light onto this issue as to WHY it is happening in the
first place when i have all settings that i am aware of correct on the server.
Please help me shed some light on this issue since it is driving me and my
users crazy.
Thanks
Jason

you might want to ask the admins in the exchange newsgroup... outlook
wouldn't be changing them unless users have a login script that makes the
changes.
