Default Copying all data from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007

I have Outlook 2003 on XP Pro and on another machine Outlook 2007 on Vista
Ultimate.

I wish to copy all my data (pst file, address book and archived material -
is there any more I should know about?) from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 for
a trial before making the transfer permanent. Is there a straightforward set
of instructions on how to do this without tears? I see others have had some
problems and I am hoping to benefit from the combined wisdom of those who
must have already done this.

with thanks,

Michael
