This discussion group supports the Microsoft relational database product,
Access. You need to find a forum or group for whatever email software you
are using.
You should also contact your ISP and ensure your email client is set up
properly.

I would suggest that you ask the question in a forum supporting your email
software. This forum is for the database software Microsoft Access.

When you do post, bear in mind that nobody but you can see what's on your
computer: post your version of Windows, the name and version of the mail
software you're using, the identity of your Internet Service Provider, etc.
