Outlook 2007 / live.com e-mail address
Outlook uses a single set of default folders (eg Inbox/Sent etc) unless you
have configured outlook to use seperate data files for each mail account "JTKiser1022" wrote in message ... ... It is showinig that it is configured as POP/SMTP... Unless you take specific steps otherwise, all POP accounts you configure feed into the same Inbox, as DL says, and if you've configured Outlook to produce a New Mail notification, Outlook will do it no matter which POP account downloads the message. If you've configured the POP account in a standard fashion, there won't be a separate data file in the Account Settings and, if there is, it won't have a name that matches the email address. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
