Default Numbering in Access

In Access 2003, I could insert a number field, start to enter a number, and
it would automatically insert the next number sequentially when I pressed the
down arrow. It doesn't do that in Access 2007. Does anyone know how to make
that work in the new version?

Actually, the behaviour you're describing was generally regarded as a bug,
because it made no sense to have that functionality in a relational
database. Most of us were happy that they fixed the bug! Sorry, you'd have
to write code to reproduce that behaviour in a form (and there's no way to
get it in a table)
