I have gotten a new computer and need to transfer my Office 2003 to it. How
can I get it to accept my product key?

I assume you mean that (1) you are using the disks to install it and not
copying files and (2) you own a retail version, not OEM. If so, are you
getting an error message? What does it say?

I finally called on the phone and I got a new code.
