emailing excel single sheet as attachment
When I try to email excel worksheet I get options to
either email the entire workbook as attachment or to email the single sheet as part of the email text. How do I email only a single worksheet (that is part of a whole workbook) as an attachment? Thank you! |

I think the easiest way is to copy the one sheet into a
new workbook, copy the entire spreadsheet, then paste special values, so that no formulas or links are there, then send the new one sheet workbook as an attachment. Let me know if that doesn't make sense, I can explain in greater detail. I find this a task as well. What I do is to right click
the tab of excel page i want to send, choose the move or copy option, choose a new workbook, and save as new name, Remember to choose "copy" and not "move" or you will be asking for someone to send you the original back. After doing this, open your mail browser, and choose the new workbook as an attachment. Seems like a lot of work, but unless you want to give up all your workbook, its worth the effort. Hope this helps. Don -----Original Message----- When I try to email excel worksheet I get options to either email the entire workbook as attachment or to the single sheet as part of the email text.
