Combining Access Reports into One Report using Acrobat Distiller
Is there a way to combine several access reports into one
pdf file using Acrobat Distiller? I have put macros on the database reports that would print them individually. But I am curious if I can combine them in pdf form without inserting the pages one at a time? It would be a tremendous timesaver! Heather |

Can you make one master Access report which calls all the
current reports as sub-reports? Then when you print, print to your Distiller. I do something very similar to this. -----Original Message----- Is there a way to combine several access reports into one pdf file using Acrobat Distiller? Combining Access Reports into One Report using Acrobat Distiller
Heather:
Our PDF and Mail Library for Access (PDF pro or PDF Pro Plus Editions) will allow you to automate output of your PDF files from within Access and then after creation combine them into one complete PDF file. The Pro Plus edition also allows you to create bookmarks (including nested book marks) for the combined file. You may want to give it a look; you'll find it on our web in the developer tools section. -- Steve Arbaugh ACG Soft http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/attac-cg "Heather" wrote in message ...
