sku1e3.cab file needed and stopped office 2007 install

Trying to install Office 2007 on Window XP SP3 and get most of the way done
and only to have the install process ask for the cab file above. The dialogue
box does not allow one to search for it. Just 'Retry' and 'cancel'. Cancel
stops the whole install and backs out the install.

sku1e3.cab tells me that you are trying to install Office 2007 Professional \w InfoPath and Retail version

Applies also to Office 2007

I received this error on installing office 2007 when I had office 2003
installed. I went through the control pannel/add or remove programs, and
removed office 2003. The Office 2007 install then worked like a charm.
