Is there any way to loosen up the security options for Outlook? Would like
to be able to send and receive *.doc and *.inf files without having them
deleted from the attachments. Please advise how to do this. Couldn't find
any check boxes to correspond to that option as exists in Outlook Express.

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm might be helpful.
(remember that you can still attached block file types. outlook is just
warning you that the recipient might not be able to access.)

doc's should send fine - unless your corporate server is blocking them. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm for ways to get blocked
attachments off messages.
