Picture Thumbnails

Why was it in NT when I had a .jpg or .bmp it would
display the picture within the e-mail. However on XP and
in Outlook 2002 I only see the file, not the graphic
thumbnail. Is there any way to fix this and why did it
change?

images only display when embedded in html. Were you using Outlook or Outlook
Express when they displayed inline?
