Default Tried to fix word problem and lost email messages and contacts

I have been having problems with word spell check. So I had office wizard reset the defaults in the process, it reinstalled outlook. I lost me emails amd contacts. Is there any way to retrieve them???????????????

It is not at all clear what you did. Clarify what you did.
It is entirely unlikely that whatever you did lost data.
At the very least, you should search for and open every PST file on your
hard drive until you find your data.

Thanks Ross I found my old PST and recovered it.
