Default Removing Weeks at the left in calendar

How can I remove the weeks at the far left when printing a monthly calendar?
Having the weeks makes it so that the time of meetings does not show when
printing a monthly calendar. Except for the very short abbreviations, there
is not enough space to show the time of the meeting.

tools, options, calendar options - deselect show week numbers. However, the
week numbers will be replaced with week dates (May 16 -22 etc).

See http://slipstick.me/calprint for a word template that may meet your
needs better.
