Hi,
All you have to do is go under My calendars and tick the calendars you want visible. You can then choose to overlay them too and that way you will be able to have a visual idea of what your day looks like...once you can see all the apt, meetings, events and tasks you have. To overlay a calendar, open it and then click on the arrow next to the calendar name. It will then overlay with the other calendar. Good luck, "Martin Racette" wrote: Hi, I'm trying to unclutter my calendar in Outlook 2007, by creating multiple calendar, and I would like to know how can I see more than one calendar at a time -- Thank You in Advance Merci a l'avance Martin |

When I click on the calendar on the left side navigation pane (folder list),
I can only see one calendar at the time, and even going through the menus I can not find anything that will let me do this "Anne Goss" wrote in message ... Sorry, but I do not have any of what you are telling about, the only thing
that I have is a "+" sign beside the Calendar, which is my main calendar, and if I expand the "+" to "-", I see the other calendars that I have created to unclutter the main calendar When I click on one of them I see only that one, I know it's possible to have the appointement from the other calendar to be showing in the main (I saw that on a demo), but I can not get it to work over here "Diane Poremsky" wrote in message ... the folder list's navigation calendar count is controlled by the available space. Outlook 2007 correct? Are you using a table view or the Day/Week/month view?
Oh... you are in folder list - go to the calendar module - either Ctrl+2 or click on the calendar button at the bottom of the navigation pane. Now you can show multiple calendars and overlay them. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Martin Racette" wrote in message ... If I use CTRL+2, the way that you just told me, I lose all of my folder, and
I need those folder to be available for other work, and I use the standard view in Calendar, I didn't even know that there were any other (the one that I'm in when calendar are opening is showing a month, which is the way a calendar should be). Ctrl+1 to see only the mail folders or Ctrl+6 to switch back to the folder

You're wrong there, because when I click on the Calendar, at lease the way
that Outlook 2007 start, I can still see the whole list of folder, so I can switch to another folder easyly, but the way that you told me before, the only thing that I see is only the calendars, and whe I click more than one they just appear side by side What I saw on the demo, was the another calendar appearing within the main calendar, and the left side still showing all the folders, the way it should be, toherwise I'm stuck using Outlook for calendar only. when the calendars are showing side by side, click the arrow in the calendar
title tab to overlay them. do you have a url for the demo so we can see what they are doing? AFAIK, there is no way to have the entire folder list on the left and multiple calendars on the right. you need to switch between the panes to see the other folder types. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Martin Racette" wrote in message ...
