Default "C;/Program../hotbar/bin/448..1.0/SBOLEXT.CH1 "could not be insta.

Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Have just started using MicrosoftOutlook and, before I can get in, the above
notice appears. I have tried Detect & Repair 2ce unsuccessfully.

Also When I dial up from Outlook I get a connection but it immediately
disconnects. I can dial up from other programmes sucessfully. Can you help.
