I understand now. It's set to "high". However, it seems like it's acting like
low.

Yes, I do see the missing archive appointments. Is there some way that I can
view them on the calendars?

Are you using Outlook 2007? If so, what detail level have you chosen for your
month view?

Try resetting the view or starting Outlook with the /cleanviews command
switch.

How do I start Outlook with the /cleanviews command switch? Of course I can
click on the icon, but I don't know how to add switches.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, starting Outlook with the /clearview
switch didn't help. Any other ideas?

That's because there is no /clearview switch. The switch is /cleanviews

Okay, I got it right. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. There are
(and have been) certain recurring appointments that show.

Did we ever ask if you sync with a device? That can cause problems with the
calendar but its usually recurring events that don't show.

I do sync regularly with between the Outlook calendar and my cell phone
(Blackberry Storm). Do you have any idea what I should do?
