Create a shape with SQL property using "Code Editor" Window
VIS2002 Question
How do I create a shape with a property that is like the Database View SQL property? I am trying to document an Access database. There is too much information if I try to "reengineer" but I like the SQL Database Property where it shows the SQL in proper formatting. If I create a custom property, it seems the best I can do is a single line of text. Another possible option would be if I could reengineer the shapes to start and then ungroup and get rid of all the columns. I only care to document the SQL, the name of the table or view, the FROM, the WHERE, etc. If I have 300 fields, this is too much room and information. |
