Default Was there loss of capability in Visio Gane-Sarson Template?

In the Gane-Sarson Visio 2003 Template, there seems to be major loss of
capability.
- Drawing Explorer View has different names than those entered into the
symbol field.
- 2002 Right Click and go to next level seems to have disappeared - This was
powerful.
- Can't drag a symbol from the Explorer view to another drawing page.
I have major investment in Gane-Sarson and am evaluating 2003, but this is a
shock. I hope that I am missing something

Don's Question -- Visio no longer opens. Can't view files and will not open
templates. I had my Window XP Professional set for automatic updates. Could
this have caused the problem? An icon suddenly appeared showing "Programming
Reference" and when I right clicked, a menu came up showing an apparent
compatibility issue. (I'm using Visio 2.0, serial no. upon request.)
