Default Search facility in Outlook Express 6

I want to look for any email in a particular folder where the text contains
both of the words "primary" and "report". If I use Shift F3 (with, of
course, the 'Search all text ...' option ticked) searching for 'primary
report' [without the quotes], OE seems to find only the 2-word string. I've
tried separating the 2 words with AND or &, but that does not seem to have
the desired effect.

Can someone advise me?

OE isn't that smart. The search can only look for one character string.

One way around that is to use Edit, Find, Message (Ctrl+Shift+F), select
the desired folder and search for the first term. Then select all
(Ctrl-A) and right click and select Copy to a folder that you have
previously created that is empty. Then search that folder for the
second term.

You have to do two searches.

Read how I answered this in April of this year.
