Entering Product Key after Factory Reboot
I rebooted my sytem recently back to factory default. I had downloaded
Office 07 previously. Upon getting the product key from microsoft support - the key does not work? Do i need to re-install / re-download Office 07 from online? Also, i have the trial version on my system. Any idas?

1. Uninstall all versions of Office ,including the trial.

I uninstalled the trial and previous version which had quit working, I was
back to just the trial. Then I tried reinstalling from the disk and keep getting the error message "incorrect Product Code". I went ahead and installed without the Product Key just so I could find a way to get to support because I did not register it when I bought it just over a year ago. How do I correct this problem.
