Default Entering Product Key after Factory Reboot

I rebooted my sytem recently back to factory default. I had downloaded
Office 07 previously. Upon getting the product key from microsoft support -
the key does not work? Do i need to re-install / re-download Office 07 from
online? Also, i have the trial version on my system. Any idas?

1. Uninstall all versions of Office ,including the trial.

2. Reinstall the version you paid for.

Default Entering Product Key after Factory Reboot

I uninstalled the trial and previous version which had quit working, I was
back to just the trial. Then I tried reinstalling from the disk and keep
getting the error message "incorrect Product Code". I went ahead and
installed without the Product Key just so I could find a way to get to
support because I did not register it when I bought it just over a year ago.

How do I correct this problem.
