Problem going back to Office 2K from Office 2007 ...
System: XP with SP2
Was running Office 2K with all Office Security Updates done, etc. Installed Office 2007 Pro (full version) breifly, (long story short: I thought I was authorized to install it, but it turned out I was not) ... so had to go back to Office 2K, so .. Uninstalled 2007, rebooted, and re-installed 2K. Everything was fine ... EXCEPT ... cannot run security updates for 2K. I get an error message "Expected version was not found" ... and the update process bails out ! Help ! Thanks, -RS-
