Default End-User License Agreement reoccuring

I am setting up a new client machine from Dell. (I looked through their forum
with no answer)

I have configured Outlook for the new user, and have activated the office
key, yet everytime I open any office program, I am shown the End-User License
Agreement and have to accept it each time I open any Office Program no matter
how many times. So far Ive open different Office programs 19 times and each
time I must accept.

how can I stop seeing this screen?
