Installer error

Greetings,
I get an error every time I try and launch Outlook 2003. Here is the
error from the app log:

Now, Outlook has been installed and working up until this point. I had
an issue with Access 2k3 not being able to import data fro Excel, and
ran the Office Repair feature. That failed and I got this in the event
log:

Everything else in office started back up correctly after the errors,
but not Outlook. I have checked the Microsoft public KB, but could
only find the error as it related to office version 9.0

Any advice would be greatly helpful.
