Default Could not restart because your conputer is low on system resource

Hi All,

I am using windows 2000, in which when i start Outlook
Express (OE)The following message appears.

"Outlook Express could not be started because your
computer is low on system resources. Most likelly the
problem is your computer is low on memory or is unstable."

I have upgraded the Internet Explorer to IE6 SP1, but
still the same problem occurs.

kindly, guide me to solve this problem

First eliminate any scumware.
See

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do

I do not have any scumware. I am using windows 2000 server
and do use this PC for browsing purpose. And need to use
outllok express for the mailing purpose that also using my
own locally installed mailserver.

Delete Folders.dbx. You will lose your folder hierarchy and the lists of
newsgroups on the servers.
