Default outlook express trouble

I am constantly having problems with Outlook Express 6. Sometimes it works
and other times it doesn't. I have even deleted and reset up the mail for my
verizon account. Driving me crazy!!!!!!

Default outlook express trouble

Go to File | Identities and set up a new Identity. Then make sure you do
points 2 and 3 he www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx If that then works okay,
you can use File | Import to get the information from the older Identity.
