Default Customize Numbering text

I am trying to change the indent level for the second line of text with
numbers, i.e. I want the number to start at .5, the text to start at 1.0 but
I want the text to wrap around to 0.0. It's easy to do in Word 2003 by
customizing the list, setting ‘Align At .5’, ‘Tab Spacing After at 1.0’ and
‘Indent at 0.0.’ How do I do that in Word 2007?
