Default Table Renaming Problem

I renamed tables, deleted all forms, compacted, then began to create forms
with the Form Wizard.

The resulting form generates an error message upon data entry, saying the
XXXX table doesn't exist. The Record Source properties confirms it was using
the old table name.

I've tried creating a new database and importing objects but the same errors
occur. Is there a way to excise the old table names from wherever the Wizard
is pulling them?

Thanks for any help.
