No options for Insert Mail Merge Fields
Using Word 2000. Have set up a document and a data source. However, when in
the document and I click on Insert Merge Field, nothing happens. There are no choices. What am I doing wrong? |

Have you attached the data source to the mailmerge main document? Is the
data source set up properly with valid field names in the first row. What is the data source? See the article “Creating a Mail Merge Data Source” at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...DataSource.htm -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps Doug Robbins - Word MVP "sweir3" wrote in message ... Using Word 2000.
