Outlook, or Outlook Express? They are different programs. If Outlook

Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same application. Please be careful
of your "shorthand"! I'm having the same problem (OE 6). I went to the MS kb 290684 as suggested.
It suggested creating another identity. Did that but still have the same problem. Tried running OE in safe mode as suggested, but it brought up Outlet.
