Default VSYNC

I would like to get rid of VSYNC which appears when I hope
a new window on a spreadsheet. It does not allow me to
look at 2 different parts of the spreadsheet at the same
time. It keeps them in sync and I want them independant
of each other.

Thank you.

Don't load it when you start excel. Look in any startup
file or maybe under toolsadd-ins (if there uncheck it)
and move it from the folder..
