Signature Button
I had the Student & Teacher edition of Office 2003 and it had a signature
button on a new mail window for Outlook 2003. I reformatted about a few months ago and installed the Professional edition of Office 2003 and noticed there is no more signature button. I tried to customize but it's shaded out. Any solutions to getting this button back? I hate going into the menu just for a signature. |

Signature Button
Sounds like you were using Outlook as the email editor before and now have
it set to using Word as the email editor. To change it back; Tools- Options- tab Mail Format You can toggle you signature with Word as the email editor by right clicking in the signature area and choose a different one from the list that pops-up. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Xet" wrote in message ...
