Default where can i get a simple Bill of Lading template?

Is the "i need help" thing a humour attempt or is it part of your question?
It's hard to tell since you asked your question in the Subject line.

Have you checked MS' web site in the Office Templates downloads section?

sortta humour, but i do need help...i seem to not be able to find programs to
do certain things. i have checked micrsoft buti have only found one. if i can
find software that will create B/Ls that would be great...know any?
