Default Business Contact Manager will not install, error message

I have successfully installed Office Pro 2003 and One Note. But I cannot get BCM to load. When I try, I get the following error message:

"Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and setup error logs for more information."

How do I find the server error logs and setup error logs? Better yet, how do I work around this error?

Thanks,
Frusrtated.

Are you trying to install using an Exchange profile? If yes, it will not
install.

No, I'm using a WAP connected to a cable modem through a D-Link wireless router.
