Default How do I stop the time from spaning over a 1 day period?

I setup an all day event in my calendar it should run from 8 am to 5 pm.
The time I have set for my work day. It did do this in the past.

Now it spans from 1 AM one day to 1 am then next. How can I get it to stop
this.

Thank you,
Bonnie

Its an all day event, not scheduled for 8 -5 and the time zone has changed
since it was created.
