Default background pictures

I can put a background picture into a the worksheet, but
when I try to put it in the chart nothing shows up. Is
there a way to display a background picture in a chart?

Joseph -

You can use a picture as the fill for the chart's chart area (the entire
chart), the plot area (the rectangle defined by the axes), and any
series that take a fill (bar, column, area charts). Select the chart
element, press Ctrl-1 (numeral one) to format it, and on the Patterns
tab, click on the Fill Effects button. Click on the Picture tab, then
on the Select Picture button to browse to the file.
