Default Incoming mailserver being reset

"Hugo" сообщил/сообщила в новостях следующее:
...

Every time I open Outlook Express it connects up to the designated POP3
incoming mail server and does download all emails waiting BUT at the end
of the send/receive process the incoming mail server setting (the outgoing
SMTP server setting is fine) is overwritten with 127.0.0.1 which is the
PCs loopback address. The next time I want to receive emails all that
happens is my PC assumes it is the incoming mail server to try and find
new mail.
Each time I have to access the Tools Accounts Servers and set the
incoming mail server back to its correct setting.
Does anyone have any idea as to why/how this is happening?

Hugo.
