Default Office Ultimate 2007 Product ID

I am trying to get MS support for an installation problem of Office Ultimate
2007 and I am being asked for the product ID (not key). Since the product is
not installed, I cannot access the ID the way they explain. (It was a
download). Any ideas?

Thank you for your help.

Perhaps if you outline the problem you are having, someone here might be
able to help you out.

Sure.

While trying to install Office Ultimate 2007, I got the error message:
"2303: Internal error has occurred (c:\windows\installer\4120be.pie)"
What should I do?

Thanks.
