Default What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

I have a user in our organization who is unable to configure his
calendar to
launch in a separate window when he launches outlook xp. We have gone
throught the motions a number of times; first launching outlook, then
launching the calendar in a separate window and positioning, then
closing
outlook first and the calendar second. However, when outlook is
launched,
it does not retain this setting.

We have tried detect & repair, and even a complete re-installation.
Any
other advice? This has become a most annoying problem for the user, as

their previous PC was correctly set and worked in this manner. I can
successfully get outlook to perform this task on my PC.

Thanks in advance,

ab
