in Access2000 Report
I have two fields in detail and I wont total in front of
them but it is repeating, how could possible it would not
repeat?

If you are using a control in your report to sum (total) a control in your
detail, place that summing control in a section other than the detail
section.

Or, if it has to stay in the detail section, look at the Hide Duplicates
property for that control.
