Default Office modules need intuitive "save as" buttons for toolbar mods

Future releases of Word & Excel should include straightforward saving of
toolbar display modifications, at time changes are made. We need choice of
previously saved toolbar and page set up combinations when program is invoked.

Can you provide some examples of how you see the current behavior versus what you would prefer to see and the benefits?
