Default "Wrong" default dates from template

I've made a meeting request and saved it as a Template
(*.oft).

After locating the wanted date in my calender for a
meeting I want to just click this new meeting-icon. But
the default dates are the values saved in the template
(naturally).

I want these dates to be the same as the dates in the
calender (- the chosen day from where I active the
meeting request)?

Hope you understand my question and naturally can help me
solve the problem.

Regards

You would need to publish the appointment form to your Calendar folder and
make it the default for that folder.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...rogram_f orms

Hi Sue,

a little success. I've managed to publish the new meeting
request to the calender folder. Thanks.

But how do I make it the default folder?

I'm a totally newbee in to all this.

Regards.

You can set the default form in the folder's Properties dialog.
